Summary 

The GXP Resident will be responsible for assisting in successfully implementing the Guest Experiences strategy. This involves overseeing and implementing a hosting culture in our GXP Serve Teams that create a joyful and welcoming environment for guests (and members). The Guest Experience team exists to help anyone who enters UC to find a place to belong and be known. The GXP Team is composed of the following Serve Teams: Parking Team, Greeters, Hosts, Coffee Team, and Ushers.

The GXP Resident will report to the Groups Pastor and/or Guest Experiences _____ who will act as a coach in your development process, provided you with training, practical experience, and continual feedback for improvement.

Essential Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will primarily be, but not limited to, providing support to the Guest Experiences _____ in these core responsibilities:

1. Lead the GXP Serve Teams on Sunday mornings and at other UC services and events
2. Create and maintain a culture of hospitality
3. Discover, develop, and deploy serve team into the GXP Team
4. Create pathways and processes to onboard serve team
5. Ensure follow up, continued connections, and back-end follow through with attenders to help them find their place at UC
6. Lead serve team trainings to develop serve team and serve team leaders
7. Attend all required events and activities for United City including all services, staff meetings, prayer meetings, special events, and staff development days.
