United City Church provides and hosts a number of live and online interactions for member and guest experiences, including, but not limited to, in-person and live streamed worship services and events. By attending a United City Church service, event, or program (hereinafter separately and collectively referred to as “United City Program”), wherever located, You acknowledge that You are entering into an area where You and any minors appearing with You may be photographed, audio recorded, and/or video recorded with or without Your knowledge.

Your attendance and presence at any United City Program, wherever located, constitutes Your consent for Yourself and any minors appearing with You to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded without restriction. You agree and consent that any photographs, films, or recordings shall become the property of United City Church and may be used, published, and/or reproduced for any lawful purposes whatsoever, including, but not limited to, on United City Church’s websites, promotional videos, social media, and advertising. By appearing at any United City Program, You waive any claims, causes of action, or damages of any kind that You may have related to the use of recorded media on behalf of You and any minors appearing with You.

If You do not wish for Yourself or any minors appearing with You to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, please do not attend United City Programs in person as the Church cannot guarantee that You and any minors appearing with You will not be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Instead, United City Church invites You to access pre-recorded or virtually streamed United City Programs on Our website from the comfort of Your home.

SMS Policy and Terms of use
United City Church also uses third party text messaging services to communicate and share information with its subscribers. By subscribing, you have provided us with consent to send you text messages regarding United City programs and events. Message frequency varies by events. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. If your phone does not support MMS, you will receive SMS instead. We respect your privacy and will not intentionally distribute your mobile phone number to any third parties without your consent, except as otherwise stated herein.

Opt-Out or Stop
