EVERYONE, EVERYDAY, CROSSING EVERY DIVIDE TO LIVE UNITED IN CHRIST
United City Kids banner logo

We are more than childcare. UC Kids provides a safe, clean and loving environment where children are consistently taught about Jesus every time they come to church.

We are crossing every divide to raise a generation of children to know and walk in relationship with Jesus. Our classes are uniquely designed for interactive worship and teaching, so God’s Word comes alive for children.

Our UC Serve Team is passionate about helping every child feel welcome, accepted, and loved. All Serve Team members and teachers have undergone a thorough screening process of interviews, background checks, and training to ensure every child has a safe and wonderful experience each week.

We are privileged to partner with you to build on the basic truths about who Jesus is and His love for us.

United City Kids and Preschool

What to Expect

UC Kids

United City Preschool

United City Preschool exists to introduce kids to Jesus. Each time your child is with us, they’ll participate in engaging activities to help them learn about Jesus.

United City Kids Worship

United City K3

K3 is our ministry for Kindergarten through 3rd graders. Your child will spend time in a small group with their grade level and a large group for Kids Worship. They will hear a Bible story, how it relates to their life, and build relationships with friends and leaders. This area is designed to help them grow in their faith journey.

United City 45

45 is our ministry for 4th and 5th graders. This area is intentionally designed for our older elementary kids to help them transition into youth ministry. In addition to our regular worship and small groups, every month we have live worship. We want our 45 kids to feel bigger and to start to understand more about what it looks like to be engaged in the church.

UC Preschool believes in equipping parents to teach their kids. Each week our lessons are available for parents to use with their preschoolers.Click the button to download the Parent Cue App.
When Is UC Kids available?

UC Preschool and Kids meets on Sundays during the 9:30 and 11 am services and on Wednesday evenings, 6:30-8:00 pm.

Where do my elementary kids go if they’re on campus both services?

If you are on campus both services, your elementary kids will attend service with you when you attend the main worship service, then attend UC Kids while you attend your LifeGroup or serve. Preschool can stay in their groups both hours.

What is the security/check-in procedures?

If you are a first-time guest, a Serve Team member will walk you to the check-in desk to register your children. Our team will provide security stickers with matching numbers for every parent and child. These tags are required for picking up your child. Check-in begins at 9:15 for our 9:30 a.m. service and 10:30 for our 11 a.m. service. Our UC security team, as well as law-enforcement officers, are on-site to help ensure your child’s safety.

What is the well-child policy?

To minimize the chance of spreading illness, children who show signs of sickness will not be accepted into the classroom environment. We require that children be fever-free for 24 hours for the health and protection of all children and Serve Team members. If a child becomes ill or displays symptoms while in the classroom, a member of our Serve Team will contact you.

Upon recommendation of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a child should remain home with any of the following conditions:

  • Fever
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea (even if associated with teething or medication)
  • Any symptoms of childhood diseases such as scarlet fever, German measles, mumps, chickenpox, strep throat, flu, or any other contagious or infectious disease
  • Common cold from onset through one week
  • Sore throat
  • Croup
  • Junky or barky cough, phlegm-filled or productive cough
  • Any contagious or unexplained rash
  • Pink eye or other eye infections
  • Cloudy or green runny noses or persistent cough
  • Any communicable disease
Where should I park?

Parking lot signage will direct you where to park. Upon entering the atrium, a Serve Team member will direct you to our Kid’s check-in desk, where we will register your children, provide security stickers. A Serve Team member will then guide your family to your child’s age-specific classroom.
